Yukigassen is the sport of snowball fighting! A fast-paced, outdoor winter team sport, teams consist of 7 players, and the game has rules similar to dodgeball and capture the flag.

Play Sask will be organizing tournaments on Sundays until March 29th and only when there is enough snow and the temperatures hit the sweet spot! To find out more join the facebook Yukigassen group here.

Events

The Wolves – The Refinery Arts and Spirit Centre – Varying Dates

A girls’ indoor soccer team warms up. From the safety of their stretch circle, nine girls question and navigate the world around them. This provocative play, nominated for a 2017 Pulitzer Prize, captures the raw beauty of adolescence as these bright, vulnerable, goofy young women learn to manoeuvre the game, their lives, and a growing understanding of a complicated world.
